I wanted to pass along our experience with your company. On December 18th my
Parents house caught fire and was destroyed, the time frame to replace the home
was important even though the winter was in place and the weather was not co
operating. We Visited Cornerstone shortly after the fire in hopes to get some
relief from the tragedy. The experience was very comforting to us because of the
people we had contact with. As time went on the attention to details and what we
wanted was just and awesome experience. The sales staff ( Al Peters) was worth
the trip. The day the House arrived at our site will forever be part of me and
my Parents because of the work staff we got to meet and work with. Mark Hoffa
and Mike (Carpenter), Frank(Plumber), and Mark(Electrician) were some of the
nicest and professional staff we had ever met. We are very Happy with the final
results. We are also very Happy we met Mark and the men who made the project a
pleasant experience. Please pass these compliments and comments along to the
Owners of Cornerstone and we will be forever Greatful to the guys who do the
work.

A letter of recommendation from Dave and Carol Spadea for Simplex Industries

The purpose of this letter is to express
our complete satisfaction of our new home and to let others know of the excellent
quality and service we received.
We began the project of selecting our home
in May 2006. The folks at Cornerstone were very patient answering our many questions
and logging out many choices not to mention changes to those choices, which must
have seemed endless at times.
We moved into our home in April 2007. We have
now been in our home for 3 months and in these 3 months we had the opportunity to
examine the home in its entirety. We can say withal certainty that we are very pleased
with the quality and attention to detail in our home. Without hesitation we would
recommend Simples Industries and Cornerstone Building Solutions to any prospective
homebuyer.
As for bragging rights we would like to mention that many passers
by have stopped to talk to us about our home. Some mentioned the attractive architecture
while others were amazed at how quickly the home went from start to finish and still
others were very surprised to learn it was a modular home. All were very complimentary.
For anyone concerned about a modular home retaining its equity we will clearly
state that we just had our home appraised and after calculating all the building
costs the appraised value of the home actually increased.
Our home is the
Lexington Park design. Simplex allowed us to make modifications to the floor plan,
which included inverting the entire floor plan to swap the rooms on either end,
we added onto one side a built-in deck with a roof and on the other side a sun room
which happens to be one of our favorite rooms. We also added 4 feet to the length
of the home. These modifications were completed exactly to our specifications, as
were the many options and selections we chose. For the few items that were missed
they were more than happy to make the desired changes to make the entire home just
the way we wanted it.
In closing we would like to say that building a home
is a challenging project. We were fortunate to have selected an outstanding company
that provides a quality product with expert sales, engineering and site contractors
that care about their clients, their products and the quality of their work. There
are many modular homebuilders and while some of them may provide the same quality
and service we can only speak for the one that we chose. By choosing Simple Industries
and Cornerstone Building Solutions we can assure you that you will be in good hands
and pleasantly surprised by their professionalism throughout the building process.

Dear Pat,
For the second time in less than two years, I want to thank
Cornerstone and their staff for a job well done in constructing our fourth branch
in Swiftwater, PA. From start to finish the project was completed on a timely
basis with minimal problems- mainly due to various permitting issues with the
township/ Penn DOT.
It's also important that you know that the project
was not only competed as agreed but "change orders" only amounted to $15,000
or 2.15% of the original contract price. The above figure does not include the
H.O.P (Highway Occupancy Permit) work since that was not part of the original
contract.
What this all represented was excellent teamwork by all those
involved with this project. I can't say enough about how hard Mark Hoffa worked
coordinating the subcontractors at the job site. Chris Glenn and Joe Angeloni
were always available to handle most any issues we had with any of the entities
that were involved in the permitting process. And lastly, we all knew Dave Boniello
was there to make sure we stayed focused in order to get the bank opened on
schedule.
There is no question that if I needed to build another branch
office, I would look to Cornerstone Building Solutions to do this work.

My wife and I are just settling into our new Simplex home
and are very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. Some of our friends
who own modular homes have also remarked on the quality of our home. Our goal
was to be in our new home for the holidays and we were.
We have never
been through the process of building a home from scratch and somehow managed
to choose a model that had not been built before, the Parkridge. While it was
a hectic and sometimes confusing process, there were two individuals, Joseph
Angeloni and Mark Hoffa, both from Cornerstone Building Solutions Inc., who
smoothed out the rough spots.
Joe provided us with a complete understanding
of the selection process and gave us suggestions on the types of materials that
we should use in our home. He made the planning of our home a pleasant and stress
free experience. He was always available when we called and kept us updated
at all times during the process.
Mark, who was our site manager, ensured
that we fully understood all the steps needed to complete the home. He coordinated
clearing the property, the completion of the septic system, drilling the well,
setting and finishing the house. In addition, he made recommendations that enhanced
both the layout and functionality of our home. Choices we could not have made

It gives me great pleasure to say that working with
Joe Angeloni and Mark Hoffa from Cornerstone Building Solutions, Inc. was a
wonderful experience. We started a $750,000 construction project to build a
branch bank in September 2005, with the understanding that within 120 days our
facility would be opened. Netting out the awful weather we experienced for the
whole month of October '05 and part of December '05 the project essentially
came in on time.
This was primarily because of Mark Hoffa's onsite management
